Qualifications:
Degree from Accredited School of DentistryThe current, unrestricted license in State where practicingIs not sanctioned or has adverse action against licenses held in other states within the past 5 yearsValid DEAValid CDS if applicable to stateCurrent BLS, ALS, and PAL certification to perform conscious sedationMust be comfortable performing root canalsI look forward to speaking with you.
