Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Systems Avionics Engineer to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
We are looking for a candidate that has strong project management skills and cutting-edge technical know-how.
This role demands that you have the ability and desire to work with a variety of functions and teams to find solutions and then you must be comfortable implementing those solutions.
You must be flexible and dynamic and proactively communicate with your co-workers, management and customers alike.

Essential Functions:
Developing new systems designs, writing systems specifications, performing system level testsAssisting with flight testsInterfacing with customers, suppliers and internal functional groups (sales, marketing, customer support, etc.
)Help maintain and develop engineering processesAssistance in the design, test and maintenance of all products
Qualifications:
Requires comprehensive level knowledge of job area.
May have in-depth knowledge of project management.
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Experience must include writing systems requirements and systems validation proceduresKnowledge of ARP-4754A and DO-178 processesExperience with avionics products (TCAS/ADS-B/displays/flight data recorders)#LI-JV1Preferred Additional Skills:
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related engineering disciplineBachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
Preferably in the avionics industryGood interpersonal skills and is able to work with multiple teams and be able to work directly with L3Harris customersDemonstrates ability to take initiative to eliminate barriers and uses resources to ensure desired resultsAbility to lead teams through conflict, clarify objectives and develop consensus and buy-in as requiredAbility to see the big picture and advocates integration of systems within work groupUses business knowledge to assist others in understanding business decision and their impactFosters an environment that promotes creativity and innovationSelf-motivated with good communications skillsAble to work without appreciable management oversight and direction Recommended Skills Communication Creativity Customer Service Electrical Engineering Innovation Interpersonal Skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
