Purpose The HR Coordinator will support the HR Manager/team with coordinating events such as training, delivering front line support, and supporting policies.
This is a role that will require relationship building, processes, and collaboration.
This role is responsible for employee changes in Liberty's HRIS.
Accountabilities Provide administrative support to assist with processing and updating of employee status changes in HRIS, hiring requirements, access to internal communications Processing of invoicing for timely payments Respond to and escalate where needed, employee inquiries, ensuring appropriate documentation, follow-up, responsiveness, and thorough communication Support recruitment activities such as preparing job evaluations and descriptions Assist with the delivery of programs including scheduling training, updating presentations, and creating documentation as required Coordinate onboarding activities and deliver employee orientation Update and maintain employee changes in Liberty's HRIS Prepare compensation proposals for promotions and other situations to assist in determine pay equality Maintain electronic employee files to ensure all documentation is filed and save accordingly Assist with creating internal promotion and transfer letters Produce and support ad hoc requests as required All other duties as assigned.
