We manufacture advanced memory foam mattresses that help you sleep cooler and more comfortably through the night so that you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever the day throws at you.
The duties and responsibilities of a quality assistant are as follows:
Assist Production Supervisors in day-to-day activities.
English and Mandarin Translation.
Process daily work orders and produce the required paperwork to complete daily assignments.
Such as finished good tickets, labels, instruction sheets, and any copies of documents that might be needed.
Provide Quality Control, Production and Inventory support when needed.
Attend daily progress meetings when needed.
Check on inventory of materials when line shortages occur.
Filing of daily and weekly documents.
Helping with daily clerical and administrative tasks, such as typing letters, sending emails, and filing Skills and Specifications:
The skills and specifications that a quality assistant needs are as follows:
Keen eye for details Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Well organized Great problem-solving skills Good statistical ability Have good interpersonal skills Be convincing Be able to multitask Be proactive Be able to work in a team and also independently Education and Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent with good SAT scores is a must A bachelor's degree in manufacturing or processing is added advantage Getting on-the-job training Job Type:
